The stairlift is fastened to the stair treads with screws so that no damage or renovations are made to the walls in your home.

Because all we do is stairlifts, straight lifts are always in stock which means we can come to your home within a few days of our initial consultation to install. Stairlifts for Curved stairlifts typically take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on stock availability.

No electrician is needed. We will run a low voltage wire neatly to the stairlift.
Yes. Outdoor stairlifts are available for qualifying exterior staircases. The assessment confirms the appropriate outdoor model, placement, exposure and power requirements.
All of our stairlifts run on batteries, so even if the power is out, the lift will still work.
Typical batteries last anywhere between 3 and 5 years depending on how often the stairlift is being used.

Our warranty for both new and used stairlifts includes a lifetime warranty on the motor, gear box and rail. We also offer free service calls within the first year from the date of your stairlift installation.

Yes. The Stairlift Store provides stairlift removal and may purchase qualifying used stairlifts after reviewing the brand, model, age, condition, rail, location and photos. Purchase is not guaranteed, and curved rails are often custom to the original staircase.
