Mark installed our chairlift about 4 years ago and it has worked extremely well without incident. A week ago, I had a new washing machine delivered and the service people could not get it by the chairlift. I called Mark and he was over in less than a half hour to disconnect the chairs and provide room for the delivery. The chairs were replaced immediately as well, and a "tune-up" was provided! Excellent service!

One company just didn’t respond and the other had an unreasonable waiting time. Mark responded quickly with a fair quote and reasonable installation time. The install was efficient and neat. From the first call to Mark to the install with Frank it was smooth sailing . The stair lift has enabled me to check out upstairs after 7 months . Easy to use and very sturdy . The stair lift will open my world after shattering my leg in January. Mark said I will wonder why I didn’t get it sooner and I must agree
I don't know Mark but I found his company from Google when I was feeling helpless with my Chairlift, it was not working but the service guy has no response. Mark was being very friendly & kindness to help me check for another company who also provide maintenance on my chairlift. Mark is such a nice guy, he got back to me very quick with the information. I would absolutely refer business to him if the people I know will need to purchase/install a stairlift. thank you again Mark :)

The stairlift fit our curved staircase like a glove. The equipment is very well crafted and works perfectly. The installers were efficient and extremely professional. We appreciated their attention to details and their thorough installation, demonstration, explanation, and clean up. They ensured that we were comfortable using the equipment and patiently reviewed everything with us and answered any questions that we had about using the equipment. We are extremely pleased and grateful for their service. Honestly, the best experience we have had in 20-years of renovations for our home. We had two lifts installed on an urgent need in Fall 2022. The consultation and installation was thorough and quick; we were very happy. Today we needed a service call for one lift as it had gotten stuck. The service call was answered rapidly and within an hour we had a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient repairman fix the problem. For health reasons it was necessary for me to have a stairlift installed in our home. A gentleman came to our home and discussed with us all the possibilities and it was decided upon that a refurbished stairlift could be installed for us. We were put on the list to have one installed and told it could be up to 3 weeks before one was available. Three days later we were contacted and told one was available and fully refurbished and could be installed the next day. The gentleman who did the installation was friendly, thorough, and informative. He did not leave until he was sure that knew everything I needed to and was comfortable using the lift. I would highly recommend both the Stairlift Store and their employees to anyone looking for such help

He came out to see us right away and he was so kind and professional in helping us. The installer did a great job. My husband loved it so much we bought 2 more stair lifts for our other stairs to make it easier for him. Again Mark came out and got us set up and they were installed right away. Our first was a new one and the other 2 were used . All 3 work great and the prices are very good. We needed an adjustment so called Mark and the next day he sent Adam to check it out. Adam did a great job , checking everything out and made sure we were happy before he left.My neighbour needed help going up and down the stairs so we invited her over to see our stair lift.
