With both of my parents now using their stairlift, it has finally needed to be replaced after many years of solid use. When it broke on the weekend, it was urgent that we had it replaced fast. As usual, I called Mark. He drove right over; he was there in twenty minutes, from Burlington. After he inspected the old unit, he gave my parents many options, including repair, or replace, which was great.My parents decided to get a slightly used replacement unit, which included a two-year warranty. Mark returned my call on Saturday to schedule an appointment that afternoon. Mark explained to me what they had to offer. I was looking for 2 chair lifts.
