I have bought 2 stairlifts (one straight and one curved) from them for parents and grandparents in the past few years. They installed them neat and patiently to meet our requirements. Even after a while we just needed to adjust the seat and speed, their service was quick as they know we rely on these.
Both are very good quality. I just traded in the one from grandpa’s and no hustle at all just like they promised at the beginning.

Third time the charm. Two seniors needed stairlift. Tried a used one, too noisy. Sent it back. Bought a new Acorn. Company could not fix loud thump when riding over track joint. Sent it back as well.
